Architect and interior designer Lidia Gerster opens the doors to her private hideaway: compact yet perfectly appointed, with 75 m² across 2½ rooms. For Lidia, this is all she needs at home—most of her time is spent with clients, on design journeys, or at the Moralii Interior Studio.
The entryway features an acoustic panel by WoodUp, creating a minimalist yet welcoming atmosphere.
In the living room, the CHINTZ wallpaper by Arte, crafted in a shimmering fil-à-fil fabric, becomes the standout element. Its tribal-inspired pattern radiates warmth and comfort. The Bliss coffee table from Richmond Interiors adds refinement and a subtle touch of luxury to Lidia’s serene oasis.
A highlight of the compact interior is Lidia’s current favourite armchair: the Brillon II by Vical Home, which she considers the most comfortable chair imaginable. Here, she reads or reflects on her latest projects.
Bold textures and distinctive patterns bring life to the space: Lidia loves colour and uses bright tones to create spatial accents. Lighting is equally important—where light is often overlooked, she incorporates modern fixtures to craft both atmospheric and functional illumination. Accessories include carefully selected current design pieces, harmoniously combined with treasures from her Moralii Vintage Collection.
